How much time does setting up an EU operation take?

If you’re doing this from the US only, usually 12+ months and a lot of resources down the drain. Working with Scale Presence, you can be up and running within 4 months.  

What is the turn-around of a Sales Review for VC or PE?

Involve us as early as possible in your due diligence. Typically a review can be done within 2 weeks, if the prospective commercial and leadership team are ready for interviews. Of course you need to involve them early on in the decision to work with an external party.
